I put the chuck roast in the sous vide for 30 hours at 135 degrees. Seasoned it, let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes, then a quick 3 minutes on each side on the grill. Like the best prime rib!
Have been buying there Wagyu Beef for a few years now. Wonderful flavor, quality product. Reasonable prices for quality. Best reason I recommend buying from this seller is its local, use good farming practices with much safer fertilizers.
We slow cooked in a slow cooker. It was falling off the bone and delicious. We had three very good meals from it.
Wonderful flavor! I read that a teaspoon of honey that is local can help with environmental allergies, haven’t started yet but if it’s true, it’ll be a yummy way to get through spring!
I shared a steak with several people to give everyone a chance to try it. Very tender, you can probably use a regular dinner knife to cut it!

Beef from this farm is clearly better than anything I've ever had. Both the steaks and ground beef taste better, and I love that it is raised here on a local family farm by people who care about how they raise their animals. Highly recommend.
