Grilled on my weber, very tasty! Had a nice slice of visalia onion with it on a hard roll. SO GOOD!

Oh so tender, and oh so flavorful! Baked in oven at 225 degrees for 24 hours! Turned out juicy and tender. Made great sandwiches, and really enjoyed plain. Did have some with horseradish on it. Also used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Trick is to get good hard rolls for the sandwiches.

I love Generations Beef Wagyu Ground. It's such a rich taste and make excellent taco fillings!

It tasted great and was good later for the leftovers to be used in a different recipe. I will be getting another soon.

The Chuck roast makes an amazing burnt end dish. They are great by themselves, on a bun, or in a taco!
Cut roast into 1”x1” cubes
Season with 2 tablespoons of your favorite bbq rub and salt and pepper.
Place pieces on a rack or a mesh mat spaced apart.
Cook in a smoker at 275 F for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Remove meat from smoker and add it to an aluminum pan combined with 1 cup of bbq sauce and 1/2 cup of beef broth.
Cover the pan with foil and place it back in the smoker for 2 hours or until the burnt ends are tender. Remove from pan and serve!

Seriously all I can say is its rare for the meat to be gone before the rest of the picnic! I love the taste, and quality of everything I purchase from you guys! Maybe you can open a store here near me!

We had a Family Reunion party with quite a few different food items. The overall Grand Champion, favorite was the Generations Arm Roast! It came out perfect and when people came back for more...they were out of luck! We actually cooked it on a griddle and it was incredible...actually....everything we had from you guys including the steaks and Wagyu smash-burgers was amazing!!

The NY Strips were amazing and the ground beef made exceptional hamburgers. Worth the premium. Thanks for the amazing service.

From brisket , ground beef, beef bacon and steaks that I have ordered have been some of the best beef I have eaten. I have smoked, pan fried and air fried the meat and comes out perfect every time.
