This is our second time to order. This will not be our last. The hamburger meat is phenomenal. We order the filet, and it was delicious! We will be ordering again.
We ate our first two ribeyes on my birthday. Seared them for a few minutes each side on high heat, then turned temp down a bit and cooked indirect heat on each side until they were done. Tasted GREAT!
I usually order the ribeye, but my wife asked to the tenderloin for our 20 year anniversary. Cooked it with salt, pepper, fresh rosemary, and crushed garlic in the sous-vide (120F), then seared it on the grill for a perfect rare! This was the best tenderloin I have ever eaten!
Ring Bologna is not a staple in Alabama, so this was our first time to try it. Fried is on the Blackstone with a little avocado oil. Great flavor with just the right amount of seasoning and the flavor of the meat still came through!

I put the chuck roast in the sous vide for 30 hours at 135 degrees. Seasoned it, let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes, then a quick 3 minutes on each side on the grill. Like the best prime rib!
Have been buying there Wagyu Beef for a few years now. Wonderful flavor, quality product. Reasonable prices for quality. Best reason I recommend buying from this seller is its local, use good farming practices with much safer fertilizers.

Shipping and Delivery Process
We would love to ship our wonderful beef to you anywhere in the US. Because we produce a perishable product, shipping has been a challenge for us. Between the cost to ship along with dry ice and packaging cost, the option to ship our beef to you just doesn't make sense economically.
Until we can solve this challenge we offer direct to your door delivery up to a 100 mile radius of Madison Wisconsin.
We do ask that you hit our minimum order amounts based upon the distance from us.
- Zone 1: Under 35 miles from Madison a minimum order of $50 for free delivery. Otherwise the delivery fee is $10.
- Zone 2: From 35-50 miles it's a minimum of $75 for free delivery or a $15 delivery fee is added at checkout.
- Zone 3: 50-100 mile radius we ask that you place a minimum of $100 order or the delivery fee will be $20.
If you live outside that distance don't be dismayed, call us and we'll see what we can do to get an order of our incredible beef to you.
