Fantastic marbling and texture. By far the best brisket I’ve ever made at a very fair price!
Oh so tender, and oh so flavorful! Baked in oven at 225 degrees for 24 hours! Turned out juicy and tender. Made great sandwiches, and really enjoyed plain. Did have some with horseradish on it. Also used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Trick is to get good hard rolls for the sandwiches.
