The ABSOLUTE Best tasting and tender roasts..Great on the grill.
I put the chuck roast in the sous vide for 30 hours at 135 degrees. Seasoned it, let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes, then a quick 3 minutes on each side on the grill. Like the best prime rib!
