A cut from the shoulder area, known for its rich, beefy flavor.
**Note: All of our Wagyu beef is delivered vacuum packaged and frozen at -10F**
The Chuck roast makes an amazing burnt end dish. They are great by themselves, on a bun, or in a taco!
Cut roast into 1”x1” cubes
Season with 2 tablespoons of your favorite bbq rub and salt and pepper.
Place pieces on a rack or a mesh mat spaced apart.
Cook in a smoker at 275 F for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Remove meat from smoker and add it to an aluminum pan combined with 1 cup of bbq sauce and 1/2 cup of beef broth.
Cover the pan with foil and place it back in the smoker for 2 hours or until the burnt ends are tender. Remove from pan and serve!
