I’ve been in the food industry for more than 39 years. I’ve tried my fair share of meats/steaks. The flavor, tenderness, and satisfaction from eating this meat second to none.

This is our second time to order. This will not be our last. The hamburger meat is phenomenal. We order the filet, and it was delicious! We will be ordering again.

We ate our first two ribeyes on my birthday. Seared them for a few minutes each side on high heat, then turned temp down a bit and cooked indirect heat on each side until they were done. Tasted GREAT!
