Got my first order of bavette steaks and they are awesome. Thought being a cheaper cut they might be tougher but they were melt in your mouth delicious. Excellent beef as always
Tender and delicious.
We love every cut that we have tried! My wife said, "this is amazing, where did you get this?" I explained tat it came from a 100+ year old family farm in Wisconsin... She was so pleased, now she wants to order it all the time!
But a butcher's bundle and a brisket we Smoked the brisket. And it turned out amazing grilled steak. Everything was very flavourful.
