A relatively new cut that's tender, flavorful, and great for grilling. Cut from the Chuck Primal this cut has incredible marbling for that rich buttery flavor that makes our wagyu beef so unique.
**Note: All of our Wagyu beef is delivered vacuum packaged and frozen at -10F**
If you’re not familiar with the Denver Steak, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. You’ll be glad you did. This steak is tender, juicy and very flavorful! Get yourself some!
Never heard of this cut before ordering and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.
We love that you enjoyed this new discovery. The Denver is a special cut that is rarely found in a meat case or butcher shop. It comes from the Chuck (shoulder) of the carcass and though small, is incredibly tender and flavorful. We just wish we could harvest a dozen each time, unfortunately we only are able to cut 8-10 per carcass. Thanks for the great review.
