Where to Find Your Tracking Link

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a carrier tracking link. You can also find it by clicking "View your order" in any order email — your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's site will appear in the order details.

When Will Tracking Update?

Tracking information typically appears within 24–48 hours after your order ships. Carrier scans may be delayed on weekends or holidays — this is normal and does not mean your order is lost.

Frozen Delivery Issues or Tracking Frozen?

If your tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, or if you have concerns about your Wagyu beef arriving at the right temperature, please contact us right away so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
