Beautiful cut of beef, and well marbled. Small issue with some silver skin, but they made it right! I'll be back again for sure!
It tasted great and was good later for the leftovers to be used in a different recipe. I will be getting another soon.

From brisket , ground beef, beef bacon and steaks that I have ordered have been some of the best beef I have eaten. I have smoked, pan fried and air fried the meat and comes out perfect every time.
