The flat iron steak, also known as the butler's or oyster blade steak. It is the second-most tender steak, next to the filet mignon with a big, bold beefy flavor like New York strip. This Akaushi-Cross beef steak is very versatile as it can be cooked by several methods. It's a great steak for stir-fry's or fajitas.  Or prepare to your desired temperature and slice and serve as a simple yet incredibly flavor slice of steak.   Cook to a perfect-medium-rare doneness to create a juicy, flavorful steak.
