I made this steak the other night. Great tasting and juicy cut of meat. I will be ordering this again.

From brisket , ground beef, beef bacon and steaks that I have ordered have been some of the best beef I have eaten. I have smoked, pan fried and air fried the meat and comes out perfect every time.
