Ring Bologna is not a staple in Alabama, so this was our first time to try it. Fried is on the Blackstone with a little avocado oil. Great flavor with just the right amount of seasoning and the flavor of the meat still came through!
Tasty appetizer with a bit of spirit. Great flavor with intensity. Enjoyed with bit of Petite Syrah.
Wonderful flavor . Perfect combination of spice and texture too.
