Ordered several steaks from Generations Beef for friends I had over for my 70th birthday. All agreed, some of the best steaks we have ever had.
We ate our first two ribeyes on my birthday. Seared them for a few minutes each side on high heat, then turned temp down a bit and cooked indirect heat on each side until they were done. Tasted GREAT!
