We Are Part of a Farmer Focus Dinner May 9th-Come Join Us!

We are excited to announce that Seven Acre Dairy Company in Paoli, Wisconsin has added our Generations Beef to their menu.

In fact on Thursday, May 9th,  Seven Acre butcher Anna Giblets will bring  together four local beef producers for one remarkable dinner. The evening includes a 6-course meal, optional wine pairings, meet-and-greet with all four beef producers, and a showing of the short film “Dairy Beef at Its Best” by Ricky Kluge and John Link.

The Menu planned looks amazing and they'll be serving our braised short ribs as 1 of the 6 courses that night.  In addition they've invited Generations Beef founder, Darren Kittleson to be prepared to speak about who Generations Beef is as a local farmer to the area.  He and the other beef producers featured that evening will be available for questions throughout the night as well.
